Location, short way from all attractions. Even the Aalborg airport was not so far. Relaxing base for your vacations in Aalbaek. We greatly enjoyed staying at Aalbaek Gl. Kro: )
Rooms were tired.

There was nothing to like about the stay.
The hotel resmebled a cheap motel and was situated beside a busy road. Guest cars parked right outside our room. The room ws cramped and tired looking, and very dated. Noise from other guests could be heard from either side and above. A fully glazed entrance door allowed other guests to peer in to our room. The breakfast was served in a dour dark room and had limited choice. The room rate was expensive and vastly overpriced for the facilities on offer.

Great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking is available. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The room lacked privacy as people kept walking past it. the bathroom could be improved as it had a shower with a curtain in a corner of the room.

Nice surroundings, quiet place, a place with charm.
Not the most modern rooms in the world, but ok for the price.

Great value for money with free parking included. The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. The friendly staff make you feel welcome and are always happy to assist.
The room was quite small for a business trip and had limited storage space. The breakfast spread was a bit limited with only basic options available.

Great hotel. Perfect location.
If you pay by credit card be prepared to pay 2 or 3% extra. The restaurant is very expensive, and also surcharges for paying by credit card.

Near from room to external restaurant. Good atmosphere.
It would have been great if the personell had mentioned that the restaurant closed that early, so that we could have ordered some more wine before closing.
